For the purpose of achieving its goals the Association has established a number of committees specialized in different spheres of activity :

Trading Committee
Chair: II “KAROLL” JSC, represented by Mr. Angel Rabadjiyski
The Trading Committee provides forum for discussion, analyses and finding solutions of issues of interests for the securities brokers/dealers related to the market of financial instruments and its development as well as to the operation of the Central Securities Depositary.

Professional Training and Qualification Committee
Chair: II “BETA CORP” JSC, represented by Mr. Atanas Boychev
The Professional Training and Qualification Committee works for the purpose of enhancing the professional qualification of the members of the Association by organizing training courses, workshops and seminars. It actively participates in the process of conducting education courses and examination of floor brokers and investment advisers in cooperation with the Financial Supervision Commission.

Legal Committee
Chair: II “INTERCAPITAL MARKETS” JSC, represented by Mr. Nicolay Mayster
The Legal Committee provides forums for discussion, analyses and drafting of legal opinions and proposals on draft regulations, instructions resolutions and other acts in the sphere of investment and operation of the stock exchange market and for the establishment of rules pertaining to the regulatory framework for the protection of the investors in Bulgaria as well as of the rights of the Association’s members.

PR and Advertising Committee
Chair: II “CAPMAN” JSC, represented by Nikolay Yalamov
The PR and Advertising Committee assist BALII and its members in the provision of publicity with regard to their activities and it cooperates with the mass media in the country for that purpose. Its activities are targeted at the organization of meetings, conferences and seminars on issues related to the activity of the investment intermediaries and the operation of the stock market. The Committee provides details with regard to and publicizes the basic principles of the investment process and the operation of the stock market.   It issues and disseminates publications, newsletters and brochures related to the activities of the members and posts materials on the web site of the Association. The web site is kept updated by this Committee.

International Cooperation Committee
Chair: II “ELANA TRADING” JSC, represented by Mrs. Radoslava Maslarska
The International Cooperation Committee establishes contacts and works for the membership of BALII in international professional organizations and associations with similar goals. It evaluates options and participates in projects aimed at financing the activity of BALII through programs related to the development of civil society, European integration and harmonization of national laws with EU acquis communautaire.
