With a judgment No. 263 dated 11.01.2010 a 5-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court (SAC)revoked the judgment of a 3-member panel of SAC and ordered that the administrative case launched by means of an appeal filed by 9 investment intermediaries against Decision of the FSC No. 190 ФБ/24.02.2009 for the approval . of Section V of the Rules of BSE be subject to hearing on the merits in the first administrative instance. This is a serious success of the investment intermediaries which filed an appeal against the decision of the FSC under appeal. |

On the 4th of August this year a meeting took place in the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) of a group of investment intermediaries with the Vice-Chairperson of the FSC in charge of the Investment Supervision Division Mrs. Ralitsa Agayn and the management of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia JSC. Representatives of the Association of the Banks in Bulgaria were also represented at the meeting.
